职位描述：

涉外租赁顾问 (根据外国客户的需求帮他们找到满意的房子)
专业不限，无需经验，英语至少4级以上,需要陪同客户一同外出看房。

Job Description
1 a。company clients inspect the project / real estate situation
2 for rental, and lease negotiation
3 in-depth understanding of project information,。communicate accurate information to clients, and properly handle related matters
4 Assist in preparing lease agreements, letters of intent, agreements and other documents service fees are recognized
5 on the progress of each business and potential customers actively follow up the development of
6 Assist in send / receive messages, express or mail
7 other assigned work

Qualificati***
1 have high-end residential (apartments, villas) office leasing and sales work experience preferred.
2.Have more than two years sales work experience or with foreign enterprises and hotels experience preferred
3 strong sense of resp***ibility, able to withstand the high pressure of work load, has a good sense of service
4 Good English。communication and presentation skills, able to adapt to work overtime
5 good sense of teamwork and hard-working spirit
6 noble moral integrity, good image quality, the age no more than 28 years old.

Working time:
3or4 days per week, flexible schedule.
